The Game consists of being played in various rounds, each consisting of a different setting. You will go through the game with a Spirit Group and in teams that change each round. The roleplay of the game takes place on Proboards, while out of character team work takes place in team chats over Discord. The game is full of mysteries that you and your fellow team members will have to solve, connecting dots and finding the bigger picture.
Arcadia Unleashed's game offers an experience of mystery and puzzles. You will uncover truths and information about how to stop corruption and save a dying world; Earth.
But it won't come easy.
Your character's biggest asset in the game is their Spirit Group. In the prologue of the game you will be assigned a Spirit Group in roleplay, unlocking the level 1 powers of your Spirit Group. Throughout the game you will be given chances to level up via drawing or writing prompts. Leveling up will unlock new abilities to your powers. While it is not mandatory to level up to complete the game, we highly suggest you do!
The rounds are the core of the game and typically run for 1-2 months, with a break in between rounds. Each round presents and entirely brand new setting with its own lore and puzzles. Rounds are played in teams, typically of roughly 7 players.
PUZZLES
A big part of each round will be solving puzzles of all various natures. It will be you and your teams responsibility to solve puzzles. Don't fret! If you get stuck the staff are there to give hints, but they don't come free.
BATTLES & HP
Another important part of rounds is battling bosses / enemies. When in battles we do a dice roll system. You will roll a dice to see how much damage you do to the enemy, as well as a roll for how much damage the enemy does to you. Each player has 50HP per battle, if your HP gets to 0 you must tap out of the battle. HP resets each battle.
