Step 1.) Save the application and fill out the required information, including a fullbody of your character. Your application should look something like this when it is finished. Leave your Spirit Group blank until you are accepted and officially assigned one.
For the "Traits" section, please color in the box next to the trait in green, yellow or red. The traits area will help us assign you to a Spirit Group so please be as accurate as possible.
Green = The trait really applies to your character
Yellow = The trait sort of applies to your character but not fully
Red = The trait does not apply to your character
Step 2.) Save the player headshot and color in your character on the headshot, or if you prefer you can create your own, however please note if you opt to create your own headshot make sure to keep a matching width and height size (the height and width of the headshot must be the same, for example 150 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall). The cut off must also be at the neck, have a transparent background, be front facing and must be lined (not lineless). Make sure to include a link to your headshot in your final application.
Step 3.) Fill out and include the written portion of the application, found HERE, in your application description when uploading the application to deviantART.
Step 4.) Submit the application to deviantART HERE.
By following these three steps you have successfully submitted an application to Arcadia Unleashed. A list of all accepted players will be posted once applications close and are assessed by the Gamemasters.
I don't have a deviantART / I don't use it anymore
If you do not use deviantART and are unable to upload the application there, this is fine! We have a staff account on the Arcadia Unleashed Discord called "AU Staff" (AU Staff#6857). You can submit your application to that account if you are unable to use deviantART.
I would prefer to keep my application biography secret, do I have to upload it to deviantART?
If your answers to the written bio part of the application include information you would prefer to keep a secret to the public, you can upload your physical application to deviantART and send your written part to AU Staff (AU Staff#6857) in the Arcadia Unleashed Discord. Please make sure to include in the description of your physical application that you opted to DM your written portion to the staff account. Only Gamemasters (Row & RC) will see the answers to your written portion of the application.
